Listing photos are delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the listing appointment. If your appointment was on a weekend or holiday this time may extend to 48 hours.
Each video project is unique and timelines and deliverables will be discussed at the start of your video project.
We are careful to follow the rules and regulations of your local MLS to ensure that our photos do not violate MLS rules and regulations, however, it is important to ensure that prior to uploading photos to review them for anything that could be in violation of the regulations outlined by your local MLS. Typically, some things that are not allowed in listing photos are company or agent logos, photos, signage, or contact information. These regulations also typically include any sort of text. While this is not a comprehensive list, these are a few of the items that we cannot place on your MLS photos. Please refer to your local MLS rules and regulations for additional details. Photos posted to social media accounts and personal websites typically do not have to follow these same rules.
A typical listing will receive an average of 30 photos. Unless otherwise requested, we use our judgement to capture your listing in the most appealing and effective way, without requiring you to request a specific number of photos. We will accommodate requests for specific photo counts where necessary and when requested by the agent for an additional fee.
Payment for all services is required prior to the delivery of the completed project. Payments can be made online through the invoice that is sent to your email or through text message.
